Bola Tinubu who is the APC presidential candidate has been declared the winner of the presidential election held in Borno state on Saturday, February 25.According to INEC results, Tinubu polled a total of 252, 282 votes to defeat PDP’s Atiku Abubakar who secured a total of 109, 921 votes.
